01

Create and send your first txti

A txti begins with one request and a recipient list. The organizer keeps the private owner dashboard; each recipient receives a separate reply link.

  1. Write the request and choose the response format.
  2. Add recipients or a saved group.
  3. Review the prepared messages.
  4. Send through the supported iPhone or Shortcut flow.
  5. Return to the owner dashboard to track replies.
02

A recipient did not receive a message

txti.link can prepare or hand off a message, but it cannot guarantee carrier delivery. Confirm the number, look for a failed send in Messages, and use the dashboard to prepare a fresh reminder when the response window is still open.

  • Do not send the owner dashboard link to a recipient.
  • Marked sent means the supported send flow completed; it is not a carrier delivery receipt.
  • For urgent or safety-critical communication, use a direct, appropriate channel.
03

A link expired or a response window closed

Burner txtis are deliberately time-limited. Owners may be able to extend or reopen a response window when the lifecycle permits it. Saving owner results does not silently reopen recipient access.

  1. Open the owner dashboard.
  2. Check the current lifecycle status.
  3. Use Extend or Reopen only if it is available and appropriate.
  4. Send a new recipient link after the window changes.
04

Sensitive requests

Sensitive mode reduces public exposure and uses conservative previews, but txti.link is not a regulated health, legal, emergency, or confidential financial messaging system.

  • Avoid medical records, account credentials, payment-card data, legal notices, and secrets.
  • Keep private bearer links out of public posts and shared screenshots.
  • Delete the txti when the coordination purpose is complete.
05

Accounts, Plus, exports, and deletion

Core one-off coordination can work without an account. An account may hold saved groups, templates, purchase history, notification preferences, and repeat-organizer data. Use the account and campaign controls to export or delete supported data; contact support if the control cannot be reached.

STILL NEED A HAND?

A real person reads every support message.

Write from any address you’re comfortable using. Include the app version and device details; never send passwords, payment-card details, private links, or sensitive content.
